Daeju Susan

Daeju Susan is a hoe restaurant in Seoul that sells raw fish. It slices yellowtail of 10 kilograms or more into thick pieces and serves them with sesame oil and salt, aged kimchi, seaweed, and radish sprouts. Yellowtail hoe is the focus in winter, with a fatty and chewy texture. The lunch set comes with hoe deopbap, sushi, soup, and steamed egg.
