Junggokdong Son Kalguksu

Junggokdong Son Kalguksu in Seoul serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and dumplings. The restaurant cuts hand-rolled dough into sutamyeon and serves it in beef bone broth, with kongguksu available in summer. The noodles are prepared to order, so service takes a little time, but the standard portion is large and an extra-large portion costs no more. Manduguk is also available as a separate menu item.
