Yong Sushi 1F, Sushi Gun Coffee 2F

Yong Sushi, a sushi restaurant on the first floor, and Sushi Gun Coffee, a coffee shop on the second floor, share one building in Jeju. The sushi is made by placing thick, chewy fish such as flounder directly on the rice. When the first pieces arrive, you take a photo and bring them back to the owner, who cuts them into easier pieces and serves them with handmade wasabi and sushi soy sauce. The space was converted from a private home, so the interior is very small.
