Songbeom Sundae Guk

Songbeom Sundae Guk is an old sundae specialty restaurant between Ttukseom Station and Seoul Forest in Seongsu, Seoul, serving sundae-guk and pork suyuk. The signature sundae-guk has a clean broth without a strong smell, large tender meat, and chewy sundae, and sulguk is served alongside. The restaurant has continued its line after the closure of a one-of-a-kind eatery, and it is a nogpo frequented by nearby office workers. The broth is lightly seasoned, so diners adjust it themselves with saeujeot or salt.
