福祿壽囍鯛魚燒 - 新光三越店

Fulu Shouxi Taiyaki - Xinyi Mitsukoshi is a stall in the B2 food court of Xinyi Mitsukoshi A11 in Taipei's Xinyi District. It serves taiyaki with a crisp outside and a chewy mochi-like interior, grilled to order with fillings such as peanut, taro, matcha red bean, custard, Italian smoked sausage, and cheese. A generous layer of mochi is placed inside the batter, and the matcha red bean filling contains whole red beans. The outer shell turns soggy once it cools.
