The Steak House - Regent Hong Kong

The Steak House is a steakhouse on the harbour side of Regent Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui. It dry-ages a seasonal whisky Mayura t-bone and grills it medium rare, and it also runs a salad bar and a tasting menu. The salad bar serves raw vegetables, cheese, nuts, house-smoked salmon and Parma ham. The steak keeps the charcoal aroma and the charred surface while the inside is cooked juicy.
