Halmeoni Son Kalguksu

Halmeonison Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), pork skin, and makgeolli. For each order, the dough is rolled with a rolling pin and cut into thick noodles. The noodles are thick like sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) and served in large portions. The pork skin is tender and comes with a sauce.
